A team were at Berkhamsted School for the regular contract work and this week George did an amazing job digging out a conifer root. Triumphant!

Repositioning primrose plants so they can be seen when they flower – soon.

Fab job by a fab team. Team Berkhamsted path clearing and edging.

The XMA team were great especially in helping each other. First time for Leah and with the help of other team members she took to it like a duck to water.  These 3 showered us with previously hidden talents with their USB skills. Well done.

Welcome to Marge. Sunnyside’s newest feline member – yes a cat is in there.

Odd jobs still require full concentration

Suits you!

Lisa and Sean tidying up in the allotment beds. Jonny dug up some very late parsnips.

Les tidied up the compost bins, helped by Daisy and Ian this week.

Painting pots that we will then plant bulbs into.

Joe & Katie with their heads down, working away on the XMA contract over in St. Albans.

Making the concrete pads continues.

Sean cleaning the poly tunnel skins.

Michael, Georgie and Sean on the Little Gaddesdon litter pick.

Sam thinks that cleaning eggs is such hard work – and he’s enjoying the sun!

Robbie & Becca doing an excellent job cutting willow at the Activity Centre followed by more obelisk making.

In the kitchen Ed frying aubergine for a Moussaka lunch. Niall making jam

Lewis, Adhar and work placement student Theo on the market today. Adhar doing his sunshine dance at the market – it made all the difference!

Annette picking snowdrops for the market stall. They were also selling a more unusual product – alpaca fur for bird nests.

Riz, Michael H, volunteer Ian, Becca and Annette working on a private contract.

Michael T collecting clippings.

Have a great weekend….

…until next week.
