Calling all link workers, social navigators, community connectors, health advisors and well-being advisors we’d love to invite you to our Growing Connections Well-being launch event Friday 14th July 10am – 12pm.
We have developed various sessions to work with people who are in need of social prescribing services, especially those living in isolation with learning disabilities, autism, mild mental health needs & older people.
We are having a launch for professionals to try out tasters of some of our sessions on offer on Friday 14th July at our Hemel Food Garden site and would like to welcome you or any of your team along.
