NGS: Join us at Serge Hill Gardens

This Sunday, 18th of June from 1-5pm, Tom and Sue Stuart-Smith open their beautiful gardens at Serge Hill once again for the National Garden Scheme and we’ll be there to support and offer tea, cakes, plants and produce.

Come enjoy a stroll through their exquisite series of open and walled gardens, enclosed courtyard and stunning views over a 5 acre wildflower meadow. You’ll find many different gardens overflowing with bulbs, perennials, and shrubs as well as a plant library with over 1000 herbaceous plants – so much to see and explore!

Tom Stuart-Smith is an internationally renowned landscape designer and his wife Sue is a psychiatrist, psychotherapist and passionate advocate of the power of horticultural therapy. Sunnyside Rural Trust have been working closely with them both since 2015. Sunnyside was proud to produce all the herbaceous plants for the garden Tom designed at RHS Hampton Court in 2021.

The National Garden Scheme opens over 3,500 private gardens to the public each year – to raise money for charities – last year raising donations totalling £3.11 million.

Admission: Adults £12, Children Free!
Refreshments in aid of Sunnyside Rural Trust.
