It’s December and it’s snowed! Maybe not enough for a snowman tho’

At Northchurch, Nigel & the team were doing some great fencing work around the shop to finish up the latest stretch.

James Kenyon attends and has had his paintings in an exhibition put together by Artbox, a social enterprise scheme based in London.

   “James loves the hills, mountains ,forests and the wide open spaces. He finds peace and this is reflected in his paintings .There is a calmness about his work”
   James uses acrylics and paints mostly from photos he has taken on his travels.

Last weekend Sunnyside joined the Rotary Club of Hemel Hempstead for a sleigh run around the Belmont area. Cold but all were dressed for the weather and the occasion.

All monies collected from all the runs through December are collected and distributed to all the charities involved. Thanks team.

Last weekend David & Suvi from the Activity Centre took the Sunnyside produce stall to the Bovingdon Christmas Lights & Street Fayre

 

 

 

 

 

 

….and it snowed.

 

Lots of Sunnyside goodies from each site including Christmas puds, gnome tree decs and willow wreaths for the Activity Centre team. These are all available from our farmshops and the market stall in Berkhamsted on a Thursday.

Tasty homemade lunches included lasagne this week.

This week there is the Sunnyside Wreath event at Hemel Food Garden with wreath making experts – Jules & Mike. Hope lots of creative juices are flowing!

 

Age UK have a willow wreath making event at the Activity Centre in the new wood shed next Wednesday.

 

And Sunnyside will be at Asda Watford on the 9th collecting outside the store.
